苑德宇个人简历
苑德宇，经济学博士，2010年7月入财贸所从事博士后研究工作。研究方向和学术兴趣主要集中在公共支出理论与实践、政府间财政关系、区域经济发展等方面。在《统计研究》、《财政研究》、《中国软科学》、《上海财经大学学报》等学术期刊上发表论文10余篇。主持中国博士后科学基金项目1项，参与国家社科基金、教育部、财政部、国家税务总局、中国社科院等委托课题10余项。

Dr. Yuan Deyu, with PH.D of Economics, engaged in postdoctoral research into the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics of CASS from July 2010.
Dr. Yuan has devoted most of his research interests in theory and practice of public expenditures, intergovernmental fiscal relations, regional economic development and so on. He has published over 10 academic papers in the "Statistical Research", "Financial Research", "China Soft Science", "Journal of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics” and so on.
Dr. Yuan is presiding over 1 project funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and participated in more than 10 projects provided by the Ministry of Education, the State Administration of Taxation, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other agencies.
